FoodTech Bridge Celebrating & Unwrapping Food Innovations
FoodTech Bridge highlights successful food innovations from international brands, artisan creators and influential disruptors. We source and share food and beverage content through our two platforms, Label Up and Sips with Bites, aiming to inspire creativity, enhance learning, drive new product development and promote transparency.
The Label Up experience may be compared to a virtual library with over 9000 processed foods and beverages and over 4000 brands and brand extensions. With over 100 categories, it is the largest online F&B database of its kind. Each product is carefully researched and often presented as a creative experience to engage your senses, encourage exploration and learning and inspire you to develop your own food innovations.
The ingredient details and most of the related packaging information for each product are recorded along with the contact details of the manufacturer, brand or distributor. Providing information in this way supports our users in exploring, studying and learning without distractions. Favourite products may also be saved to accounts, simplifying both learning and shopping!
A key benefit of the Label Up database is its carousel display of ingredients used in each product. Our visual ingredient directory explores the sources and functions of over 500 ingredients in processed foods. Understanding how these ingredients are combined can transform your approach to F&B research and promote smarter, more efficient learning and eating.
Our first launched brand was Sips with Bites, where we celebrate by sharing and showcasing new product discoveries in both retail and foodservice. We also feature content from London F&B pop-ups, food festivals, markets, and food shows. When used with Label Up, it naturally offers quite a comprehensive overview of developments in the UK F&B market.
Follow us on Instagram for daily updates on food innovations and check www.sipswithbites.com regularly, as we often feature more new content there.
By developing these platforms, we have identified over 400 products, flavours, and other trends that would appeal to the global F&B industry. Student subscribers will have access to a range of mini tools to kick-start their learning and exploration. To further support our F&B professionals, we offer a variety of business tools each month to drive successful food innovation. To help our valued consumer subscribers even more, we’ve introduced Label Up More! It’s packed with six helpful areas covering topics like improving eating habits, rethinking gut health, framing the effects of lost focus, smarter cooking tips and how to read labels more carefully. We’re excited to support your journey to a better lifestyle using processed food better!
Another main benefit of subscribing is that we constantly update Label Up with new products as we find them on supermarket shelves across the UK. This means you’ll receive a new selection of food innovations to explore continuously, inspiring you to create your own new food innovations and experiment in the kitchen.
Both platforms provide reliable information, are effortlessly accessible to all and are super affordable. This way of researching is very focused and can be very powerful, fun, engaging and inspiring! We hope that you will join us to accelerate your learning, transform food research, and instil a better way to eat and live.
